Our commitment to responsible AI
DiTi Foundation is committed to using artificial intelligence tools ethically, transparently, and in ways that serve our mission of equitable digital inclusion. This page discloses how AI is and is not used in our work, in compliance with FTC guidelines on AI disclosure, Google Search Central policies, and emerging AI accountability frameworks.
How AI is used on this site
This website was developed with assistance from AI coding tools for software engineering tasks (code generation, testing, documentation). All content published on this site — program descriptions, impact reports, policy statements, and beneficiary data — reflects actual organisational work and is reviewed and approved by DiTi Foundation staff before publication. No AI-generated content is published as factual reporting without human review.
Impact data and statistics
All KPIs and impact figures displayed on this site come from verified programme records and are sourced from kpis.json maintained by our data team. AI tools are not used to generate or estimate impact statistics. The "People reached" metric is currently withheld until verified by our reporting team — it will not be published until confirmed.
Content generation policy
DiTi Foundation does not use AI tools to generate donor solicitations, testimonials, beneficiary stories, or financial disclosures. Any use of generative AI in programme communications will be clearly disclosed. Testimonials are attributed to real individuals and marked verified only after confirmation.
AI in our programmes
Our AI & ML Center programme applies AI to social-impact use cases (health, finance, education, agriculture). All pilots follow our Responsible AI framework which includes bias testing, governance review, and community consent. Details are published in programme briefs available through the reports section.
Automated decision-making
No automated decisions with legal or significant effects are made about individuals using this website. Donation processing, membership registration, and inquiry routing all involve human review. Where AI tools assist in programme delivery, beneficiaries are informed and consent is obtained.
Third-party AI services
This website uses Stripe for payment processing (which may use fraud-detection AI) and Google Fonts for typography. No third-party AI profiling, behavioural advertising, or automated scoring is used on this site.
